Hi,
this isn't really a bug, just a stylesheet/wrapping problem:
when a user registrates on the site and clicks on the activation link in the email (http://www.mysite.com/wp-activate.php?k ... ***ersdv30) the page layout is broken. There are like 4 rows with text (blabla your account is active, please log on with the following credentials blabla) and right under the text are the widgets from the right sidebar!? screenshot added

I believe you might need to use a plugin like Theme My Login to handle this.

Yes, theme my login would solve this problem, but opens a new one: even it is translated to german the text displayed on my (german) website is mixed english/german. i tried this plugin some days ago and settled with "login with ajax" and a handmade design of the login/register/password lost pages.
now this is slowly driving me crazy on worpdress/jigoshop: when solving one problem, a new one will be created. and this register/logon/lost password stuff is handled very badly by wordpress & jigoshop *grim*
anyway, using another plugin is the only possible solution you say? to bad...

Yes, I am having this error as well.
I can see that some plugin style sheets and other includes are not being called in the head.
I think about 3-5 plugins I have running doesn't show up.
It is weird too because only when the wp-activate.php page calls a key is there a problem.
Everywhere is else fine.

Actually, after looking into this more, it's not calling any of the plugins when key is set in the url (ex: wp-activate.php?key=).
I'm not sure if it's Suffusion doing this, but I tried searching for this problem with Wordpress Multisite in general, but couldn't really find anything.
