Having problems loading images for the header

Hi,

I have messed around with Suffusion before and had no problem loading header images. I want to upload a foreground and and background image and every time I try I get a blue question mark and this: " alt="" />

I read though your support and cannot find and definitive answer to this problem. I am a novice, so please could you explain in simple terms how I correct this problem. I am set to "custom styles" also "use a "predefined image"... I don't know what else you would like to know. I am on a MAC and using Safari... don't know it that makes a difference. Also my image is a jpeg. This is the latest version of your software I believe and I had no problems before on an earlier version.

Looks like you don't have the correct path to your images.

Check it out by typing the full image path in to your browser and see if it displays.

So something like http://mydomain.com/header_images/foreground.jpg

If it doesn't display then you know that you have the url wrong and fix it. If it does then come back and we'll see what we can do,

I believe you should be fine with just the first part: http://shadesamerica.com/wp-content/upl ... eader3.jpg.
