Live chat plugin not working

Live chat plugin not working

Hello,

I'm new to this forum, so greetings to everyone :)
I've installed a live chat plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/chatlive/) that works well with almost every theme I've tried, but not with Suffusion (latest version of the theme on WordPress 3.4.1). It seems that the wp_ajax_* action hooks are not fired by the theme, but I'm unable to really find the issue. Have you any idea?

We are experiencing similar issues, the live chat we are using is from helponclick - pop up errors on some pages.
Working: http://www.assetsinternational.co.uk/st ... -property/ no problems however when you see this one (http://www.assetsinternational.co.uk/po ... properties) it's not showing?

Any ideas would be great fully received (UK website)
