Update 4.0.6->4.0.7 fatal error

Hello

I have a problem after updating from 4.0.6 to 4.0.7. Update was OK but after that on my page I saw only header and:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Query::is_main_query() in /homepages/37/d406013485/htdocs/app406013496/wp-content/themes/suffusion/functions/actions.php on line 1387

I'm using WordPress 3.1.3

Does anybody have such problem?

Hi, I have another kind of problem after upgrading... I have an static Home page with the magazine template. But after updating I have all the blog displayed in the homepage, just before the magazine excerpts. I had some welcoming message and some photos just under the featured content, but it completely disapeared... Well, I'm not a coding expert... Some help?

Under your featured content settings can you let duplicates be shown?

Thanks for answer. I dont know if this will be possible because of hosting provider.
If not - i will have to go back to 4.0.6 version. Can I downgrade somehow or uninstall and install again version 4.0.6?

Typically if you are able to upgrade your theme you should have no issues upgrading your WP installation. Note that WP 3.1 was released more than a year back, so if your host still has you on that ...

Anyway, you can get 4.0.6 of Suffusion directly from WP. You can unzip the file, then upload the contents of the suffusion folder to wp-content/themes/suffusion in your WP install.

This is strange because I can update theme but not WP (I installed WP automatically with hosting provider tools). I'm in 1and1 and when I try to update WP automatically I get error.
When I want to do it manually I can't copy any files beacuse change of permissions on server is impossible. I mean folder wp-admin has 555 and I can't change it.
I think I will have to contact with 1and1 support but I read that people have problem with this hosting.
What can I do in such situation?

P.S. I copied files of 4.0.6 back and it works good - thanks. But of course I want to update WP.
