Yoast SEO Not Working Under 4.0.6, 4.0.7

I am finding when I create new posts, the part of Yoast that detects keywords in the title, copy, etc no longer functions. Using WP 3.3.2 and AFAICT everything was working until I upgraded Suffusion. Anyone else have this problem?
