Alt text for "Continue Reading"?

Hi!

Is there a Suffusion setting for changing the "Continue Reading" link, that results from using the "More" split in a post?

One of my blogs is in 2 languages, and I'd like to use the General excerpt setting...

The theme doesn't have this but maybe you can change a few things yourself, a link below explains how.
