Hi Drake, thanks this is great. The last bit solved the problem of the left handed alignment.

However, just having trouble with using the button for the right menu. Would it be possible to use my existing button for this, instead of using just text for the label?
Also - haha I still need that search box, so if there is any way to keep that, that would be most preferable.
Appreciate your help a lot

JM.... I don't like to talk with myself.... viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7197&start=10

The menu buttons are styled at your Custom Styles... It's so hard to copy and paste the code? As I said, your new button already have the id and classes like any other menu item... Your new menu ID is "#menu-item-5639".

For the search box - from Romania looks like you have disabled the search at Suffusion Options -> Sidebars -> Right Header Widgets. Just go there and re-enable the search. If that aren't the case, just add a Search Widget in the Right Header Widget Area at Appearance -> Widgets.

Ahh, sorry - I tried adding the code from Custom Styles into the menu description (?) Not sure where to copy and paste the code. Sorry if I am being stupid and this is obvious.
I also tried changing the menu ID in custom styles to #menu-item-5639. Again, sorry if this is glaringly obvious..

offff...

Add at Custom Styles:
Code: Select all
#nav_menu-2 ul li#menu-item-5640 a {
width: 100px;
text-indent: -9999px;
background-image: url('http://www.rerdownloads.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/buttons/ABOUT_up.jpg');
}

replace the ABOUT image with the new one.

Hmmm... If you defined your menu as a Custom Menu, go then at Appearance -> Menus and remove that item. Otherwise go at Suffusion Options -> Other Graphical Elements -> Navigation Menu Below Header and uncheck the page to be included in menu.

Also you need to increase a little the width for right-header-widgets area, as I said you yesterday. Looks like need to replace the value of 350px with 360px.

I do actually need the right hand menu item. I need to get rid of the last menu item on the far right of the left hand menu. Just to make sure we are on the same page here...just confused

I know about what menu item you talking... Have you tried to go where I said? At Appearance -> Menus you can have many menus, but only 2 can be assigned for navigation bars. For that reason I said to go away from that page after you save the new menu. So, visit that page. If your nav menu is defined there, you will see more tabs with names of menus.

If isn't there any other menus but only one added at right header widget area, go at Suffusion Options -> Other Graphical Elements -> Navigation Bar Below Header, scroll down to "Pages in Navigation Bar - All or Selected" and exclude that page from menu (un-tick it from the list if you have there Include selections from the next option, or tick the page in list if you used Exclude selections from the next option).

Arggh actually, in Appearance>Menus under the original Menu I had forgotten to delete the extra menu I had created there. Hadnt seen it because they were minimized. Silly mistake, but once again you have helped me out, thanks.

Anything you need, just ask!
