I found some posts here that might help but they involve plugins. Before I go that route I thought I'd see if any of you might know how to do it within the theme. Firstly in Default Layout I chose 2 sidebars, fixed width of 1060, main column width of 380 and both of the sidebars at 340. Then I did the same setting on the 1 Left and 1 Right Sidebar settings. The overall width comes out correct at 1060 but the main column is about 670 and the sidebars are about 180.
Am I missing something here? Probably something obvious but...

Using custom CSS and that is working. Thanks though.
