Using single post views rather then single category

Hi, I searched the forums here and did a wide search on Google but couldn't find what I was looking for. If the answer is out there, just link me to it, thanks.

I would like the posts within a category to use single post views. Posts linked with plugins like Simple Facebook Connect, latest page or rss will be displayed in single post views but posts selected with the "chapter" widget (see my site) will show in single category. This make using page navigation quite bothersome, single category uses "post navigation" and single post "next/previous". Ultimately, I would like to use a layout similar to this site

Am I missing something, or should I use 301 to redirect category view to single post views?

Thanks

Sorry, I wasn't able to understand your query.

Have you tried the ComicPress theme? That might help with a comic-based site.

Well, I like suffusion cause i'm in control of what i'm doing. I'll take a look

But basically, I want the single post view all the time. Even when I use categories. It seems I always fail at explaining stuff lol

Edit: But if possible I would like to make this work with Suffusion, I spent so much time building that site. Tell me what you don,t understand and I'll try to explain it the best as I can
