include post-nav in blog view

Hi, I'm currently working on a comic.

I'm setting up to have one post per page and was wondering if there was a way to include the post-nav in a post footer or something like that so that navigation from the category page or the latest entries page could give permalinks the way it does when navigating from a post. How would I go about doing such a thing?

This isn't possible without significant coding.
