Make Excerpts Tighter together/Decrease Gap in or between

HI ,

I want the posts in categories to be listed as excerpts but with very little gap between them. At the moment there is a lot of white space under each one. I tried finding excerpt in css file, but the height or em part was missing. I'm not suer if it's the height of the excerpts bosx or the gap betwwen them. Did you find out how to change this? I've just started designing my first WP and this is really bugging me.. a lot of whitespace
I tried to find the css entry for the class "entry-container fix" because it's controlling the width and height of the area that I need to change. But I can't find it anyhwere. An example of how it look like now can bee seen here: http://storhamar.dyndns.org:8080/wordpress/ There is a lot of whitespace under each excerpts.

With Suffusion you don't need to look anywhere in files for any CSS elements. If you determine the class or id of the element with help of Firebug you can add a new entry at Suffusion Options -> Backend -> Custom Includes -> Custom Styles. The styles added here take precedence over those from files and also are upgrade safe. Now you need this:
