Checkboxes Unchecking Themselves

I have an odd problem that I can't seem to narrow down the source of. In the Suffusion Theme Options page under 'Featured Content' I'm trying to select categories to display in the Featured box. However, every time I click the checkboxes in the categories, and then go down to the bottom of the page and click 'Save changes' when the page reloads the categories are unchecked again! The other settings on this page seem to work when changed, its only these checkboxes that refuse to work. I've checked the page functionality (outside of the dashboard) and confirmed that it's not accepting the checkboxed categories. I confirmed that the featured box itself works correctly by using a sticky post.

I just downloaded the theme today from WordPress.org, it says its Suffusion version 2.6.2. I'm running it on WordPress version 2.6.8. I checked this problem on Firefox and IE6 and the problem is evident in both browsers.

EDIT: Just wanted to add that checkboxes themselves are not singularly the issue as they are working in so far as allowing me to select which pages to show in the Navigation bar under 'Navigation Bar Setup'.

Aargh... Looks like I broke this functionality somehow while adding the navigation bar support for categories. I will look into it and fix it soon ( < 24 hours).

An update - I found the problem and fixed it my end. Would you be willing to wait for a day or so for the official release, or do you want me to provide the fix to you through this forum?

I can wait. Though all I need is to know is what the database entry looks like for this option. I can insert it myself into the wordpress database without the settings page.

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. I'll still want to upgrade when the new version is available, though. No need to rush on my account though.
