Partial upgrade question.

Hello,

First let just say that your theme is incredible. I absolutely love it!

Now I did a search and could not find an answer to my question, but if by chance I missed the answer elsewhere, I apologize in advance.

I need to know if it is possible to only upgrade certain files. I ask this due to the fact that I have used an incredible amount of graphics and customizations for my site's appearance and I have had to re-due it several times after upgrading.

Thank you

Maxx,

the answer is no. Who can support a mix of diferent versions?
Who can guarantee that everything will work?

But my question: did you edit the core files of the theme? Then you are lost.

I think the advice not to edit the core files because they will be overwritten with upgrades is repeated here so often.

If you changed using theme options, these settings will not be lost at all. They are stored in the database, not in the core files.

Cheers, Connie
