How to clone your Theme & Plugins to multiple sites

Love the Suffusion Theme. Developed by a Tech person who probably has a good bit of sympathy for the not so technical people. It's very fluid and pretty much allows you to do anything.

Have a question. I would like to create one master blog and then replicate it over multiple domains, all with different content but the same layout and settings. Is there a way to do that?

Currently, I have to install WordPress, then the suffusion theme, go through settings, then install the plugin and do their settings. Takes up half a day per blog.

There has to be a better way.

There isn't. You can try the approach here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=393

I don't do freelance work (for Suffusion or otherwise), so please don't contact me for quotes or offers.
