Background collor tabs navigation menu

http://www.famplaza.com

The background color of the tabs in the navigation menu below the header is white (#FFFFFF) in my choosen standard skin.
I want to have it the same color (#FFFCEF) as the other backgrounds. I tried already a lot of style options but I did not succeed till now.
I prefer to let the skin standaard as it is and add a change in the back-end custom includes.
Anybody an idea?

I think I am having the same problem. How did you solve it?

Here is where I am:
Skinning
Nav Bar Below Header
Navigation Menu Items
Background Color:
Custom: A1Ae7F

But I have tried several colors and even though it looks like it saves it in the options, it does not take effect. The menu items still have a white background behind each of them.

Help anybody?

As a matter of fact your settings are very much in effect... which means that you have not set the colours for "visited" tabs.

Thank you Sayontan, that was it. Thank you for creating and maintaining an incredible theme.

For you or anyone else, the next thing I am trying to figure out is why the "Home" option on the menu does not follow my custom color scheme, as do all my other menu items. I even tried creating my own menu item to go to the root, but that too, ignores my custom color scheme. And it only does this strange behavior on the "home" page. It works correctly on the single-post views.

I found part of a workaround solution. I made an item that goes to http://www.theta.newenergytimes.net/index.php, which I believe, can work perfectly. But I would still need a way to kill the default "home" that WP seems to put there.

Can anyone tell me either how to fix the existing "home" or how to disable it?

Any suggestions? TIA
