Social Media Connect Options In Menu Bar

Is it possible to put Social Media (RSS, Facebook, Twitter, etc...) connect options in the menu bar?

You can do this in several ways. One way is to include the "Follow Me" widget in the Left Header Widgets or the Right Header Widgets. The other way is to use a Mega Menu and include the Follow Me widget there.

I am attempting to use a "Follow Me" widget in the Left Header Widgets, or even create a text follow me in the LHW area, but I can't seem to get ANY widgets in the LHW area. I ended up placing them in the RHW. I'd love to have them in the header on the left side, how do I make the left side of the header have widgets? I cannot find anything about this in the forum. http://downeyworksout.com
