In skinning Custom styles are not saved

In skinning Custom styles are not saved

Hello! Version 4.0.6. In skinning Custom styles are not saved, only the latter. And all of the previous reset on the Theme styles. What can I do. Sorry for bad English

Perhaps the reason the browser Google Chrome. Once I switched to Opera, it's okay
