Text of SubHeader

Sorry for newbie question, I don't understand where to change the text of a subheader. I wrote a header when downloading WP base, it is OK. I found how to hide the subheader. But I can't find anything to change the text of the subheader - nor in WP, neither in Suffusion. Could you point with a finger - where to go, please?
