It does not work at others pages.

What you expect? I was able to see all your pages by the way of navigation bar below header. Also, all Rubriki from right sidebar are accessible. A single suggestion - activate permalinks by choosing any other option than default (the first one) at Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks.

There is a bug in your "WP Social votes" plugin. If you deactivate the plugin you should be fine.
