White box appeared after updating Suffussion

I just updated Suffussion on http://www.plumsteadvilleinn.com/ and now a white ruled box has appeared under my home page featured content area. How do I make it go away?

The easy way - add at Custom Styles:

#content {display:none;}

The hard way, but it solves the previous problem with your reservations button.
Add that button in an Ad-hoc widget area then paste the shortcode for ad-hoc widget in page. At Additional Options for Suffusion for that page hide the title. With custom CSS, by using a negative margin-top you can then align that button over the header.

Thanks. I thought about trying that, and now that I have, my suspicions have been confirmed... That fix makes the page content go away on all of the other pages.

I noticed this on another site of mine which is using Suffussion. Upon upgrading to the latest version, posts started showing under my featured content slider, where I didn't have them before, and don't want them. I just want the featured content slider on my home page(s) - no posts below.

Any other suggestions other than going back to the previous version?

You can use the fix only for homepage by adding:

Also can try to enable "Show duplicate posts" at Suffusion Options -> Other Graphical Elements -> Featured Content -> What to show.

There's no Page for my home page. The default home page is being created dynamically.

That got rid of the area below my featured content slider on the home page alone. Thanks!
