Unable to save Smugmug API key

In the settings panel, I enter my SmugMug API keys, hit save, then always get redirected to a page that says:

No Results Found
The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post.

I can save options on other config pages. What can I do to get this working?

I have never encountered this error. Try reinstalling the plugin.

I am getting the same error. I have reinstalled the plugin both manually and via the dashboard.

When I save the settings for Smugmug, I get a 404 error, page not found. When I go back to the setting page for Smugmug, the API key and the secret key have not been saved.

The plugin is working fine for Flickr and 500px.

wordpress 3.3.2

What is the page it tries to send you to, reporting the 404 error?
