Accessing Flickr Issue

I'm trying to display any sort of Flickr Photo, I've used a previously used API key using my pro account with no such luck.
When I use my existing theme it hides the fact that Flickr is returning photos, in Twenty11 I am presented with the prompt of 'Flickr is curently unavailable'

When I view source of page it shows the plugin and .js being loaded correctly.

I guess the user_id is incorrect. I am displaying your collections on the demo site: http://aquoid.com/news/plugins/photonic ... llections/. Note that you need the id from http://idgettr.com, not your login name.
