When changing the "Headlines" title to "What's New..." a backslash gets added when saving and looks like this: What\'s New...
When I remove the ' and save no backslash is added.

Hi,
I will fix this. In the meanwhile, to get things working you can change the option value in the options.php page under wp-admin. You can reach it by going to http://your-blog-address/wp-admin/options.php. Look for the options suf_mag_headline_title, suf_mag_excerpts_title and suf_mag_catblocks_title and depending on where you want the backslashes to be removed, edit appropriately.
