updated: german language file update, 3.1.0, Sie-Version

Hi!

We have two options for language files in German: "Du" and "Sie"
"Du" stands for a personal approach, "Sie" for a polite approach

As I noticed that the actual german language file is not uptodate, I updated it and switched it to the polite option "Sie"

I know that there were polls whether WordPress-German Edition should use the "Du"- or the "Sie"-version, but as WP is not only used for young facebook-people which are friends with everybody easyly but also for more serious purposes ;=) a "Sie"-variant is a plus!

So I attach this file and hope it might be useful. It sets the missing space after "Tag" ;=)

Thanks for the file. However I cannot include it in this version as its format is very different from the one I use. I like to make the formats consistent so that whenever I make a new release it is easier for me to synchronize the changes.

It will take me some time to get the format in shape, so it will probably go into the next version.

I used the WP-Localisation-plugin which reads the languagefiles and creates .mo- and .po-texts
which system, PO-Editor are you using?

I could help out to integrate my translations in that system to keep the structure

I use a tool called POEdit (it is free). You can open the existing PO file for German in POEdit, then modify the strings and save it.

as you should pay all debts before the end of the year,
I finally finished the german language file.

Now this is version 3.1.0

I am having problems how to translate "featured content" and 2 other sentences, I promise I will walk around to find the "wordpress-alike" translations for that
