I include the translation file with every version of the theme, in the translations folder. I take care of including all the new strings at my end, so all you need to do is open up the file in POEdit and fill in the missing translations.

Would it be possible to send/pm me the updated 3.1.5 PO file before the next release, so I can translate the remaining strings without waiting for the next release?

Just late. I submitted 3.2.9 a few minutes before your submission. Anyway, there are no new strings to translate between the versions, so this file should be good. I will put it into the next version.
