Your question is not very clear, please try to write in complete phrases. Even if your english is not so good, that would help to understand everybody your question.

What do you mean with "does not work"???? Is it not sending mails, is it not checking input???
How did you place Contact-Form-7 in the widget area?
In which widget-area?

I tested:

1) I added a text-widget to the sidebar-2
2) I copied this code into that text-widget
3) I saved and checked the blog.

The contactform appeared in the sidebar-2 just as I wanted it.

So please be more concrete and decise in your question and give us more information.

sorry , my mistake !
it shows very well in the widget area but then the pressing the "send" button it show like a looping ( in a icon near the "send" button don't over to loop over and over ) .
