Tried upgrading to 3.2.0 from the previous version.
I see that similar questions have been asked but my biggest concern right now is that I cant even access my admin.
What to do at this point..? Pls advise or refer me to appropriate thread.

Btw, I get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" when trying to access my admin. Everything was fine before attempting upgrade...

What I know how to do is uninstall WP and reinstall it from my host. I like the theme so Im willing to try again. Do you recommend 3.0.2 still?

See here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=571#p2731. I thought the instructions in the posts above and below that are fairly straightforward:
1. Download the file attached to that post
2. FTP to the WordPress folder on your web host.
3. Navigate to wp-content/themes.
4. Delete the existing "suffusion" folder there.
5. Unzip the file you downloaded. You will see a folder called "suffusion"
6. Copy the new "suffusion" folder and place it in the wp-content/themes directory.
