How to replicate:
1. Create a new page
2. Fill in the details
3. Check "Show page in drop-down"
4. Publish
The "Show page in drop-down" setting gets blanked out. If you recheck it and save again, the setting stays
The fix:
The "Publish" event is not updating the field, but the "Update" event is. Should be a minor fix. Include in 2.4.8
"Show Page in Dropdown" setting overwritten on page creation
