compressed Images

Hi, I noticed some strange behavior when using your theme Suffusion 3.9.2 on my blog. Sometimes (NOT ALWAYS!) images are some kind of compressed.

It happened even on your site:
1.jpg
1.jpg (33.79 KiB) Viewed 423 times

After refreshing (F5) it looks normal
2.jpg
2.jpg (54.77 KiB) Viewed 423 times

What could that be? Is there any solution for this?

Thanks.

I have never seen this. Which browser is it on?

Hi, I'm using Opera 11.52 and 11.60.
I only get this on wordpress sites using suffusion theme. Sometimes you can notice that the compressed image is shown glimpsed, and after one or two seconds the picture expands to normal - but sometimes not, and so it remains compressed :(

I would say this is an Opera bug rather than a Suffusion bug because it is the only browser exhibiting this problem and because simply reloading the page with no other changes fixes this. If it was a Suffusion bug the images would always come compressed for Opera.

Yes, I agree with you. That's what I thought first.
But it's a bit curious, that it only happens when using suffusion theme. :o
I have never such image problems when surfing on other sites. Do you know what makes the difference to other browsers?

As of today there are 1457 free themes distributed from WordPress.org - I am sure Opera acts up on some of them! :-)

I really didn't want to annoy you. I only wanted to find out what's the difference to other themes and if there's a way to avoid those behavior. No offense meant ;)
