Can you help me identifying the problem and how to resolve the same.

This isn't a theme bug. One of numerous things might be happening, like an interference between your Facebook comments and the native WP comments.

Thanks for a prompt response. Even I was wondering the same. Finally was able to figure out the problem with Facebook comment plugin.
