Popup gallery appearing behind site navigation (not on top)

Hi all - using WP 3.1.1. and having some issues with my site:

When you click on a Photo Set, the resulting popup window displays behind my site's nab bar. It should be the foremost window on the page, no? The issue is you can't see the top Photoset title or the Close button.

Any ideas?

This is really a problem with TwentyEleven - it sets an obscenely high z-index for the #branding element. If you go to your theme's style.css and search for "#branding", you will see a z-index of 9999. Change that to 900 or so.
