Hyperlinks in Featured Content

Before I get into my question, I have to say WOW! I love Suffusion! I have been using wordpress for various sites over the past year and a half. I just found this theme yesterday and I am amazed at how flexible it is. I have been able to implement almost everything I need without using a single wordpress plugin!

Now to my feature request: Would it be possible to allow hyperlinks in the post/page bodies displayed as featured content? Unless I'm missing something, it seems that there is no way to currently allow this. I think it would be useful to help direct people to interesting parts of my site by allowing them to click on the content in the feature posts.

If you define a "manual excerpt" for your posts instead of letting WP generate an automatic excerpt then this is possible. In automatic excerpts WP strips out all HTML tags, but it preserves them in manual excerpts.

Thanks! That works great. I see now that I didn't pay enough attention to the configuration pages to realize it was using the excerpt.
