On the right side, I'd like to get rid of categories, archives, links and meta.
I'd like to replace it with all my pages. You can see "Pages" on the top left of the webpage, but I'd like that list in the middle left side of the webpage.
How do I add Pages as a Left Sidebar

Go to: Appearance > Widgets and put "Pages" widget in Sidebar 2.

Suffusion Options -> Other Graphical Elements -> Navigation Bar Above Header - set it to Hidden.

Just put any other widget in there or select the option in sidebar 1 to not show default widgets
