A Link That Copies Text and Then Directs You

Postby TyePo » 14 Apr 2012, 20:21

Hi there,

This does not really pertain to the suffusion theme so much but I have always found people on this forum to be very helpful in all aspects of coding. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to create a link that will copy text to a persons clipboard then direct them to a site. Here's an example of what I mean: http://retailmenot.com - is a coupon site and all their coupons require you to click on them which copies the coupon to your clipboard, then it directs you to the site where you can use the coupon. All in just one click. I have posted this on other forums and still have not found out how it can be done.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Sorry - but questions not related to Suffusion shouldn't be posted on this forum.

I don't do freelance work (for Suffusion or otherwise), so please don't contact me for quotes or offers.
