After 4.0.6 upgrade login link not showing

After 4.0.6 upgrade login link not showing

For some reason after upgrading 4.0.6 i am not seeing login link in my home screen how to fix this issue.My website is debianadmin.com

I just found for some reason login widget missing after upgrade and i have putback in my sidebar.
