hiding Intense Debate comments from Pages

I've posted about this before and we had found a solution (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1687&hilit=intense+debate&start=10#p7816) however after upgrading to 4.0.7 I started seeing these "Commenting is Disabled" ids... I checked the Suffusion settings and I have it set NOT to show comment links on pages... Is there anything else that might have made these come back from the dead to hunt me?

Marc,
As was the case in the previous post, this still has nothing to do with Suffusion. Suffusion's message says something like, "Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time". Since you are not seeing that message, Suffusion's setting is still very much in effect. In fact, my suggestion from the old post is still correct (as promised, I introduced support for post_class shortly after the old post). You should be able to do this:
Code: Select all
.page #idc-container-parent { display: none; }

I don't do freelance work (for Suffusion or otherwise), so please don't contact me for quotes or offers.

sorry that was my fault...
out of (PHP) habit I added a // comment line to the CSS file instead of /* */ and that somehow rendered that change ineffective.
I apologize for having wasted your time on this
