Hi I uprgrded suffusion today and also my worpress too.
I have noticed 2 problems at http://www.tnclinic.co.uk/
First on my home page the static content has been replaced by the blog articles (which are not supposed to show here) and i can not get rid of it. This happens even if I change the template of the page.
secondly at the bottom of the home page in the excerpts the read more button is disappearing off the bottom?
Please help:)

Please go to Other Graphical Elements -> Featured Content and enable duplicate posts there.

Thanks sayontan - it worked for me too.
The same issue... updated to 4.0.7
- got posts instead of a static home page (with featured content).
(BTW featured content working on other pages - content shows - no posts)
But why did it happen to static home page and why is this helping?
Is this a bug or permanent?
