Getting there now =D

Okay so I feel my blog is now coming on leaps and bounds and there are now just a few things I'd like to change!

I'd like a menu along the top of the site, outside of the padding and sot of totally separate, just to link to each category if that's possible. I'm sure there is a way of doing it as I've seen it on other blogs with the Suffusion layout I just can't seem to find it for looking!

The other thing is the navigation menu that is below the header, is there a way to change the transparency of them? That would be all I need done and I'd be happy then!

Hi Ben.

I've tried that before and discarded it for my site but I think it's pretty easy - in skinning --> Navigation bar below header, you can make it completely transparent or create a semi transparent background file and use that, depending on what kind of effect you're after.

The attached file is about 50% grey and should give you a nice semi-transparent effect...like I said, I tried it but didn't like the way it came out for me but give it a shot :-)

Cheers,
Ant.

Cheers Ant, I'll give that a go in a sec! At the moment I'm a bit stuck as I seem to of changed some settings and now it looks really ugly, even after resetting the page of options it's still not making any different or reverting it back to how it looked previously.

Not sure what I've done to make it look the way it is, but I prefer it how it was aha!!

I've managed to get it back to how it was, now I just need to sort out the background and see if I can get it the way I'd like it to be. Hopefully that image will help out, if not I will make on in photoshop with the correct transparency to it.
