How to add sign up/login in the top right of my site

How to add sign up/login in the top right of my site

I have done it on a accident but I forgot how I did it. I want to have a sign up login at the top of my site, where the admin bar is. how do i do it?

You probably used a plug-in.

So a plugin would put it at the top of the site? It wouldnt go there by putting the widget sign up plugin in the top right bar header?

Exactly that you need to do... Put a widget from your plugin in that area.
