Missing Shop link in Navigation Menu

I am having issues getting my SHOP link to appear in the Navigation Menu. The Shop page appears when I manually enter the URL http://fantoush.brasic.co.uk/shop/ If i nominate my menu in APPEARANCES->MENUS->THEME LOCATIONS to appear in "Navigation Bar Below Header" the menu appears twice - the second time SHOP is included. Can anyone help me resolve this? I've tried changing the name of the shop but still no fix. I am using the Jigoshop Plugin with Suffusion Commerce Pack on WP 3.3.2. Here is a screen shot showing the two menus,

At Suffusion Options -> Other Graphical Elements -> Navigation Menu Below Header scroll down to "Pages in Navigation Bar - All or Selected" and make right selections here:
- If you have checked "Include selections from the next option" - check your shop page in the list below;
- If you have checked "Exclude selections from the next option" - make sure that the shop page is un-checked.
- if you wish to have all pages already defined and those will be defined in the future added automatically in menu, check "Include all, ignoring next option"
- If you wish to use the Custom Menu defined at Appearance Menu - select "Exclude all, ignoring next option"

This is not a bug - if you don't understand how to define something in theme, use "Support request" section of forum.
