How to hide a side bar

How to hide a side bar

I have tried searching the forum for this answer... Is it possible to hide a side bar for a certain post. If so, how do you do this? Thank you!

Yes you can.
Go to "Additional options for Suffusion" underneath the post edit window select Layout and then chose your new layout for the post there.
If you can't see "Additional options for Suffusion" then click screen options top right of the screen and turn them on.

I don't see "Additional options for Suffusion" or "Screen Options". I have the latest version of Suffusion available. Thank you for your help!! Here is a pic of my screen:

You can't see Additional Options of Suffusion at Suffusion Options Screen...
Go and edit your posts/pages, and you will see Additional Options below the edit area (if not, use the Screen Options at the top right in same screen).
Additional Options give you the possibility to make some choices applicable only to the edited post/page, even if for the rest of site you choose other settings at Suffusion Options.
