Removing white space from between header and navbar

How can I remove unwanted white space from between the header image and the navbar (both above and below)? Thank you.

You can do this with custom CSS in Suffusion Options > Back End > Custom Includes > Custom Styles. Use Firebug in Firefox to identify the styling elements and then reduce the padding / margin and put the changed CSS where I said.
