I'm back with another question as I looked around for an answer.
I made a custom layout page for a page full of images using the widgets.
I need to re-adjust the page width, margins of sidebars, give some padding below header etc. as it does not follow my theme set up.
Where will I set perimeters for a custom layout page as I see no Suffusion options for custom layout?

You will have to do this with some Custom CSS. The easiest way to understand this is do a search for Firebug on Sayontan's blog, that will show you how to identify elements and then tweak their CSS to get the look you want.
All custom CSS goes in Suffusion Options > Back-end > Custom Includes > Custom Styles.
