RSS feed widget & Custom widget area

Postby delton02 » 05 Jun 2012, 17:34

I have designed a news page using the custom template. This page includes media and a RSS feed (based on the widget that comes with Suffusion as a standard). Currently, I have the RSS widget in custom area 3 and everything looks great. Since placing this widget in the custom area I no longer have access to you for editing purposes. What is buggy to me is that I have even tried to drag it out of the custom area (i.e. deactivate it) to no avail. Everything else on the page appears to be working fine.

Even more buggy, I noticed that access to the other widget areas that appear below the custom widget area 3 are not accessible. This means that I can neither edit, delete nor use custom widget areas that appear below the one with the RSS feed.

Any advise?

This has nothing to do with Suffusion and is definitely not a bug. You have probably installed some plugins after setting up your custom layout template, which are buggy and are reporting JS errors. You should deactivate all your plugins, then start reactivating them one by one to see what the problematic plugin is.
