Setting Metadata and Keywords

Hi,

I'm trying to get my search engine listing looking better and wondering if there is a way to customize the metadata and keywords for the pages -- especially the homepage? I noticed when you look up Aquoid in google it displays text from on the homepage rather than SEO metadata and does the same with my site. Is there a plug-in people use for this? Thanks for any info.
