Is it possible to change the position of footer links??

I'm using a WP Post Sort plugin that displays my posts in chronological order.

Is it possible to swap the position of the page links in the footer?? ie I would like to swap the position of the "older entries" and "newer entries" post links.

I have edited the text of these links in the action.php to read "next posts" and "previous posts" and would like to swap the position if possible.

until now that is not an option of the theme, as far as I know

Yeah, I realize there's no option. I was hoping I could use a custom include or edit a php file to accomplish this. Thanks.
