Re: SEO is no longer there after upgrade

1. You have to complete manually those 2 fields... They are the title and the description of your site, you cannot forget them... OK, I think I understand. But my plugin still move all meta tags defined in Suffusion SEO metafields for each post to the AIO SEO Pack... Not sure what is meaning meta-n...

Re: SEO is no longer there after upgrade

<UPDATE> After installing the AIO SEO plugin and the Migration Tool plugin from Drake, I've run into a snag. The following statement appears in the settings area of the Migration Tool as well as in the README.TXT file that was in the tool's zip folder: "Copy manually the informations from Suffusion ...

Re: SEO is no longer there after upgrade

Thank you for the reply here and on your blog (I had missed seeing the replies until now). I had to put off dealing with this for a few days and had planned to revisit the issue this week. So it is great to see your response that the data is still in the database and that I can use your migration me...

Re: SEO is no longer there after upgrade

I will definitely report my methods and results here. In the mean time, before I move ahead - has ANYONE successfully attempted Drake's work arounds, or added All-In-One-SEO AFTER applying the 4.4.9 update? Figured I'd ask one more time before I proceed with whatever I attempt on Monday. BTW, I foun...

Re: SEO is no longer there after upgrade

You should not have lost your old SEO. Follow the instructions in my OP above about reading and following Drake's blog post. Hi, thanks for the reply. There are two things that are in question: 1. When I view the source of my blog posts now (since applying the Suffusion update), none of my pages ha...

Re: SEO is no longer there after upgrade

Hi, Can I please get some clarification on this situation? I accidentally just applied the 4.4.9 update and of course, now there are no SEO options. I had been postponing doing this until I better understood what losing the SEO Options within the theme would mean to me. But I got a bit click-happy t...

Re: Mobile Usability Issues

You guys were a big help getting my blog responsive. A main issue for me was adding the hamburger icon mentioned here: http://aquoid.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=31644&hilit=hamburger&start=10#p80651 I have since found a small issue - see attached screen cap. On some devices (in this case iPhone 4 ...

Re: Alt Tag Errors for Gravatar Images - SEO Error

Thank you for your suggestions. I'll switch to the logo option and will try the plugin you suggested. We don't require login so the 2nd one wouldn't be of as much use.

Thank you again.

Re: Alt Tag Errors for Gravatar Images - SEO Error

Hi @mbrsolution Thanks for your reply. I'd forgotten I'd posted this! I'm not using any type of plugin for gravatars. Actually, I don't think that I even set any settings - if I did, it was a very long time ago - I'm guessing that these are the defaults. You can see what's checked in the attached sc...

Alt Tag Errors for Gravatar Images - SEO Error

Hi, We've been cleaning up our act SEO-wise and using a number of tools to do it. A big issue was images that didn't have attributes (Alt Tags). So we went through our blog posts and made sure we added info in the Alt Tag space for all the images in our posts. That fixed a big part of the problem,...
