Re: Unable to get Javascript code to work

I'm afraid I was unable to understand your last post and feel as though my brain may have reached the saturation point. Would it be at all possible -- being that I'm a newbie and realizing that I'm only trying this because you prompted me -- for you to make the appropriate changes to the JavaScript ...

Re: Unable to get Javascript code to work

Still same result: http://www.classicalguitarorlando.com/videos-experiment-2/ I wonder what's wrong? The result I'm getting is the same as I'd get on the JSFiddle site when using an invalid YouTube user name. Am I doing something wrong with the HTML? <div id="player"></div> <--I'm inserting this cod...

Re: Unable to get Javascript code to work

OK, I did that. Still the same result: http://www.classicalguitarorlando.com/videos-experiment-2/ Now that I've gotten the JavaScript from you, I'm really starting to wonder what's wrong. Everything is definitely correct now. I added my CSS to Suffusion Options -> Backend -> Custom Includes -> Custo...

Re: Unable to get Javascript code to work

Drake, I hope you will not loose patience; I did mention in the beginning that I'm a newbie. OK, so as you know, I'm getting my code from here: http://jsfiddle.net/NmvA9/490/ 1) I went to Suffusion Options -> Backend -> Custom Includes -> Custom Header Javascript and pasted the JavaScript code there...

Re: Unable to get Javascript code to work

Awesome, thanks, man! The HTML code I got from the JSFiddle site is:

<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
<div id="player">
</div>
</body>
</html>

This looks like the code you just posted. So this has to be put into a text widget and not directly into the body of the page?

Re: Unable to get Javascript code to work

Thanks Drake! My reference to plug-ins had to do with the two plug-ins I'd mentioned in my original post, which I see, now, are not necessary. OK, I was very careful to do my best at exactly what you said to do. No luck yet but I know I'm really close. I went to Suffusion Options -> Backend -> Custo...

Re: Unable to get Javascript code to work

Thanks for the encouragement, Drake, and for the help! I'll try it. I'm assuming I won't need either of those plug-ins to make this work, then, once I've utilized what you've given me here?

Re: Unable to get Javascript code to work

Thank you very much, Drake, for your help and your response. It's too difficult for me, though, as I am too much of a newbie. Is there any way either yourself or someone else could get this code working on my Home page for a fee? Someone who accepts PayPal or something like that?

Unable to get Javascript code to work

I apologize for being a bit of a newbie but I'm being diligent and I think I'm at least on the right track. Through Google searches, I'd learned that JavaScript will not work with Wordpress without a plug-in? The plug-ins I've tried are: "HTML JavaScript Adder" and "Insert JavaScript & CSS" and both...
